Manual Grease Traps - No Installation
Manual Grease traps work by slowing the flow of waste water, this allows it to cool and separate into layers with the FOGS (Fats, Oils & Grease) sitting on top and water at the bottom. The outlet is designed to only allow the liquids at the bottom to then be released into the drainage system.
Manual grease traps are sold based on the flow of waste water they are capable of separating measured in litres per minute and not the holding capacity of the tank itself, for example a 110L grease trap is capable of separating the waste water flowing into it at rate of 110L per minute.
We offer 4 different sizes of manual grease traps:
- 5KG – 16L Flow Rate – Size: 38x275x230mm (WxDxH)
- 9kg – 36L Flow Rate - 385x385x290mm (WxDxH)
- 18KG – 60L Flow Rate – 655x455x330mm (WxDxH)
- 26KG – 110L Flow Rate – 800x500x370mm WxDxH)
All our manual grease traps have the following features:
- Fully Stainless Steel
- Internal solids filter basket on inlet
- Draw off valve for emptying
- 50mm inlet and outlet
- Designed to conform with BS EN 1825-1:2004
